- The price includes all taxes and toll fees. You don’t have to pay anything extra. No hidden costs.
- Your trip includes fully comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Your trip includes airport parking fees, Bangkok Expressway fees, Motorway / Venue Parking fees for Pickup or Drop Off) - "per vehicle" fees
- Driver tips is not included. If you wish to tip your driver for his excellent service, you can tip him directly.
- Taxi / VAN is confirmed only after your payment If you want to cancel your booking - You need to cancel before 24 hours to get 100% refund on your booking amount. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
- We will notify you about the driver details ( Vehicle number, Driver Name, Driver Number ) to your registered WhatsApp Number.
- In case of any delay or you want to change the dates, you need to let us know 24 hours in advance.
- We dont take responsibilities for
- If your baggage gets damaged or vanishes into thin air. Keep an eye on your valuables.
- If you went to the wrong boarding point. Please look at the map we provide on your taxi confirmation to find out the exact location of your boarding point.
- If you fail to provide contact details or not follow our instructions.
- If a driver takes a picture of you to proof to their company they picked you up without asking your consent in advance.
- You gave us wrong phone number or your phone is offline when needed.
- If you’re booking taxi / van from the Airport to your Hotel - please follow the below information carefully.
- The taxi / van driver deserves his right to cancel the service at departure or charge additional fees in case the booking is amended by the passenger without any notification in advance (Ex. Change drop-off point location, extra stops, number of passengers etc.).
- The driver can take a photo of you as an evidence that he served you.
- Stopovers on the way for sightseeing / shopping / dinning are available for additional 300-baht fee (per stopover including waiting time up to 2 hours). Short stops for snacks/toilet/smoking are free of charge. Visiting some places that are located away from the main route may require additional charges.
